I'm Not Traveling Abroad, But This Exclusive Collection Is Taking Me Places

In case you missed it, it's officially the summer of revenge travel. I'm here to give you a full rundown of vacation outfit inspo, and every on-trend item you need to re-create these breezy looks is coming straight from AQUA x Studio 189's exclusive collaboration at Bloomingdale's. This collection features vibrant, summer-ready styles designed to be mixed and matched (which your suitcase will thank you for). When the collection dropped, it was clear it was special, so I tapped AQUA's creative director, Erica Ruff Hatfield, to give me the 411 on this epic collab.

Co-founded by Abrima Erwiah and Rosario Dawson, Studio 189 is a fashion lifestyle brand that creates artisan-made garments through the technique of hand-batik printing in Ghana. Ruff Hatfield told me that after seeing Studio 189's New York Fashion Week presentation, she had an idea: "What if AQUA could collaborate with Studio 189, provide work for communities of women artisans in Ghana, and invite the AQUA customer to celebrate their craft? Studio 189 mixes prints to perfection, and each piece is a work of art."

It's true: These pieces are one of a kind and currently the only things I want to wear this summer. From a matching suit set to a cutout halter dress, these are the items every fashion person is packing this season. Keep scrolling to shop the exclusive collection that deserves a spot in your luggage no matter your destination.

A moment for these accessories: Crescent bags and fisherman sandals are must-haves this season, and nothing says Euro-summer vibes quite like a gold anklet. But the real star of the show is this palm-print halter dress, IMO. I'm all about the orange, and so are my fellow editors.
Ruff Hatfield told me, "We love the ease of each silhouette that can take you from beach to party," and this plunging one-piece is delivering on exactly that. Pairing it with pleated shorts, a playful beaded necklace, and these highly coveted quilted sandals will get you through the days that go from cycling by the sand to after-dinner drinks without time to pop back to the hotel and change.
Meet the ultra-versatile summer essentials any French girl would approve of: a matching tailored set in a luxe print (pared back with a chill crew-neck tank), a wear-on-repeat crossbody bag that's anything but boring, and the perfect strappy block heels to handle cobblestone streets. FYI, I'll still be wearing this cropped blazer come fall.
I love a set that can be worn separately and dressed up or down, making the cost per wear that much more satisfying. Ruff Hatfield made sure to include prints that were easy to mix and match, including this pineapple print that's transporting me to 10 p.m. dinners and sangria on balmy evenings in Spain.
Consider this your summer uniform: a breezy ruffled dress, chunky gold earrings, a woven bag, and flat sandals that you can wear on repeat. You'll never be over- or underdressed. I'm here for the blue and white that have me dreaming of Greece, but it's the contrasting prints that make this so effortlessly cool.
