If You Peek Into an Editor's Gym Bag, You'll Spot Any of These 30 Items

As I approach my late 20s, I've accepted the fact that I'm not made to test-drive every trend. Stealth wealth? Absolutely. Gorpcore? Less my speed. But lately, there's one trend that has me unleashing my inner teenage athlete, and honestly, I'm shocked. The sporty-girl aesthetic is not something I would have ever thought to embrace now that I've retired my competitive edge, but these pieces are just so effortlessly cool that they can't be ignored.

Below, I've rounded up 30 fashion, beauty, and wellness products that fit the aesthetic to a T. First of all, you can wear any of the pieces below with items that you already own (think versatile activewear, trending sneakers, etc.), which is a huge win. In the beauty department, I included some products that you can easily take on the go to use after a workout (or while running around the city, if that's your cardio.) And you can't embrace the sporty-girl vibe without all the hydration essentials, so I've got those for you below, too. Fifteen-year-old me would have thrived with all of these essentials in my gym duffle, but I'm loving them just as much at 26. Keep scrolling to shop my favorite sporty finds.

Don't rep a sports team. Rep Anine Bing.
The latest must-have style from New Balance.
Meredith Blake would approve.
Fancy gym bag, anyone?
Pickleball tournament ready.
I can't get enough of this butter-yellow color.
I know this is an activewear top, but I'd wear it with jeans, too.
The classic track short just got a 2023 upgrade.
While the black and yellow style is trending all over NYC, I prefer this more neutral and wearable style.
I'm Team Tiny-Framed Sunnies.
It doesn't get sportier than this.
It's safe to say cargo pants are here to stay for fall.
The way I searched high and low for this sneaker collab.
The perfect oversize tee exists.
She's not your regular sport bra—she's cooler.
I'm swapping my sweats for these trendier track pants.
Wraparound sunglasses aren't for me, so I'm opting for this sporty silhouette instead.
The open-back detailing is everything.
This is my new favorite accessory for long walks and hikes.
I never thought these headbands would make a comeback, but here we are.
That's it—I have found the perfect tote.
The gentlest of cleansers for that post-gym shower.
Wearing makeup during a workout is a big no-no for my skin, but this makes me feel a little less zombie-like at those early-morning classes.
Boost your glow from the inside out.
My no-makeup-at-the-gym rule doesn't apply to these juicy lip balms.
I can't go anywhere without my Hydro Flask, and this new tumbler is a must.
I recently learned that adding electrolytes to water helps with brain fog, so I'm all in on this yummy organic powder.
Extra sweat needs an extra scrub, but this body polish will keep your skin hydrated rather than stripping it.
This is hands down the easiest type of sunscreen to apply on the go.
Try this bigger tumbler option for optimal hydration.
