Yes, 9.8% seems like an oddly specific amount of glycolic acid, but Kiehl's has found that it's the perfect concentration for smoother, more even-textured skin. 

If you struggle with oily skin, consider this product the fix. Formulated with 5% niacinamide, this serum works to combat oil production and calm redness.
